About Leila
My name is Leyla Seyidova. I have been teaching and tutoring for more than 6 years. I hold a Bachelor of Arts as an English Honors and French minor student. Currently, I'm completing my MBA at Queen's University. I have taught more than 50 students at a time and more than 200 students in general. I teach mainly English and French languages. In the past two years, I've published two IELTS preparation books, which are available on Amazon and Indigo, and have sold over 10,000 copies worldwide. Last year, I won the Ivy Panda League Writing Contest on the future of education. I have also been and continue to prepare students for the IELTS, CLBA, and CLB examinations. I speak 4 languages fluently: English, French, Russian, and Azeri. I also teach music lessons, hence I have RCM diplomas (grade 7, vocal and theory, grade 9, basic harmony). I graduated from a French high school, therefore I have my Baccalauréat Général Diploma.

I teach in an engaging manner, which fosters a genuine sense of curiosity in the students. My classes are for school, university, and English proficiency level students (IELTS, GMAT, CELPIP, etc.). I teach in a way that is best suited for the student at hand and his/her learning style. My typical class involves both theoretical and practical aspects of French and English writing, whether it be narrative writing for grade school or a dissertation for university students.

Leyla helped tremendously with my essay writing. She is great at explaining concepts and providing useful tips!
I want to Express my admiration and boundless respect for Leyla. Her merits cannot be enumerated. All students love her, and her colleagues envy her professionalism in a good way. She is a great enthusiast and a tireless seeker in life, she achieves everything herself. Leyla is always on the lookout, she is always learning something and is not afraid to take on the most unexpected projects. They say that a professional can't always teach this to others, but it doesn't concern her. She has infinite patience and the ability to find the shortest path so that the student can master the essence. She is a loyal friend and never forgets about a request or help. Great thanks to her for everything! I love her very much!
Leyla is very professional and ensures to meticulously plan her lessons according to every student.
Leyla is fantastic at incorporating reading, writing, listening, and speaking. She creates a very comfortable environment and is very hard working!
