About Michaela
As I have studied English at both A level and Degree level I believe that I have both the skills and passion to take students' subject knowledge to another level. I love English, I love reading and writing, publishing my poetry or just writing in my journal. I think that this passion is something that students will be able to relate to. Not only do I have the experience to be teaching I also feel that I can create a safe and comfortable environment that I know I did not always receive in school myself. I wish to give students every chance possible to achieve what they want in life and to do it in a way that is fun and creative. I hope that my future students can see how eager I am to teach, and this is hopefully something I can take with me when I come to teach students in person next year.

School is a formal setting where students do not always have the confidence or time to ask every question they have surrounding a subject. However, tutoring gives students the time and space to feel comfortable to explore topics in English that they are struggling with. I have such a love for the subject and a deep knowledge of English that can be used to transform a student's own subject knowledge and confidence. Not only can I prepare a student for their exams I can also assist with essay work, CV writing, spoken and written work, university prep and so much more. I very much look forward to working with you and widening my own literature experience :)

Michaela would be an amazing tutor who would be able achieve a high standard of teaching, but also be a kind hearted soul who would be able to understand the needs of students and work towards a solution. Her high level of academic ability would also provide her students with a large collection of knowledge and information to which they can apply themselves to their own work.
Michaela is a patient and caring person, who would make a very trustworthy tutor. She is extremely passionate about her subject and is highly motivated in teaching the next generation, by creating a safe and comfortable learning environment.
