About Cort
My name is Cort and I am here to help. I hold a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and have years of experience teaching, coaching, and mentoring students and athletes. My work spans university-level instruction, athletic performance training, and applied research in physiology and kinesiology. I make complex topics simple, engaging, and relevant — connecting what you learn in class to how the body works in real life. Students know me as patient, approachable, and committed to their goals.
