About Urooj
My name is Urooj, I am 27 years old, from Rawalpindi, Pakistan. I am a female tutor and I love teaching Urdu language to kids living abroad.
I have 3 years' experience in online teaching. I am very patient and kind with children. My aim is to connect UK kids with their mother tongue Urdu in a fun and easy way. I speak English and Urdu both fluently.
I want to teach because I enjoy helping children learn and grow in confidence.

I teach:
- Urdu alphabets and reading
- Writing and speaking practice
- Conversation for kids who understand but cannot speak fluently
- Urdu for beginners and school level
My classes are patient, fun and easy. I use stories and daily life words so kids enjoy learning. I teach on Zoom at UK evening time. First trial class is FREE.
