About Abongile
I am a flexible and hands-on trainer, and I have trained a wide range of individuals in my years of experience. I have the utmost confidence in my ability to get my students results, as I have a proven track record of success that leads to that conclusion. I am well informed of training and eating methodologies for specific results, and can give you a first-hand account of effectiveness. I actually test my plans out prior to giving them to students to ensure their practical use, and not just relying heavily on theory-based plans that are rampant these days. I am also someone who takes a great deal of measure to ensure the safety of my students, as their mental and physical well-being come first.

Everything is broken down, eliminating all that industry jargon and focused on achieving results. I stay in communication even outside lesson times in case students have any questions which I'm readily available to answer.

Abongile is super professional yet kind, fun, patient and understanding. His awesome techniques and classes really helps with body building.
