About Luna

I have been tutoring for 9 years, helping students improve their academic skills and gain confidence in their abilities. I specialize in mathematics and general academic support for primary and high school students, providing lessons entirely in French. I initially studied Physics and Mathematics at university before transitioning to Psychology, giving me a strong background in both analytical thinking and learning strategies. In addition to tutoring, I have been a private piano teacher for the past 5 years, which has reinforced my ability to adapt to different learning styles and create engaging lessons. I believe that every student learns differently. My goal is to help students develop their own learning strategies, strengthen their critical thinking, and approach schoolwork with more confidence and autonomy. Je donne des cours de soutien depuis 9 ans, aidant les élèves à développer leurs compétences académiques et à gagner en confiance. Je suis spécialisée dans les mathématiques et l’accompagnement scolaire général pour les élèves de primaire et de secondaire, avec des cours entièrement en français. J’ai d’abord étudié les mathématiques et la physique à l’université, avant de me réorienter vers la psychologie, ce qui m’apporte une solide connaissance des stratégies d’apprentissage et du raisonnement analytique. En plus du soutien académique, j’ai également été professeure de piano pendant les 5 dernières années, une expérience qui m’a permis de m’adapter aux différents styles d’apprentissage et de proposer des cours engageants et motivants. Chaque élève apprend différemment. Mon objectif est d’aider les élèves à développer leurs propres stratégies d’apprentissage, à renforcer leur capacité de réflexion et à aborder leur travail scolaire avec plus de confiance et d’autonomie. My lessons are designed for: Primary and middle school students who need homework help in various subjects. High school students seeking in-depth math support before university. Students with specific learning needs, such as ADHD, dyslexia, or difficulties with traditional methods. Those looking for coaching to develop effective learning techniques and improve academic confidence. My approach focuses on adapting to each student’s strengths and providing clear explanations that go beyond memorization. I help students develop problem-solving skills, gain autonomy, and build confidence in their abilities.

Avec 9 ans d'expérience en tutorat, je propose un accompagnement scolaire personnalisé en mathématiques et dans les matières générales, entièrement en français. Mes cours s'adressent : - Aux élèves de primaire et de collège ayant besoin d’aide aux devoirs dans plusieurs matières. - Aux lycéens cherchant un soutien approfondi en mathématiques avant l'université. - Aux élèves avec des besoins spécifiques (TDAH, dyslexie, difficultés avec les méthodes d’apprentissage classiques). - A ceux qui souhaitent un coaching pour développer leurs techniques d’apprentissage et gagner en confiance.
