About Manrik

I am the Head of Maths at a prestigious international school and have been teaching maths for almost 15 years. I am a parent and probably like yourself I want the best education for my child. I am acutely aware of the struggles parents go through to ensure their child has the best access to education. And that is why I take every student’s success as my priority. I care about my students and will go above and beyond to help them succeed. As a teacher I have developed my practice considerably and now you or your child can benefit from my expertise. I have helped hundreds of students get A/A*s in A Level Maths. I tried to understand why my students in particular were performing better than other teachers and realised I was following a process that gears them for success. I then formalised the process and tweaked it to virtually guarantee my students are successful. Ultimately if the student does what I tell them to do they will get an A/A* in A Level Maths - if they don’t put in the work they won’t. I want to actively discourage students from seeking my tuition if they are not going to put in the work - please save your parent’s hard-earned money. About the lesson

The feedback of my online lessons has been overwhelmingly positive. If I think about my experience as a teacher - the students that struggle, often do so because they don’t get their teachers to look at their problems. In my online lessons I have made it easy for students to: - Ask for help without fear of judgement - Get help because I am monitoring my students working out - so that I can pinpoint mistakes - Develop exam technique and how to break a question down into easier, smaller chunks. I set homework to develop long-term memory and broaden knowledge of how topics can be tested so that students are not caught unaware in an exam. Lesson recordings are available so that you can revisit content when revising. A word of warning - it takes a few lessons to become used to the style and settle into a rhythm.

Group Online Rate - £80 per week for 3 Hours of Lessons (2 × 1.5 Hour Lessons) - 1 × 1.5 Hour Lesson on Pure - 1 × 1.5 Hour Lesson on Applied (Statistics and Mechanics) - Exam Practice Sessions after completing each chapter - Lesson recordings so students can revise later - Homework so students develop understanding and long-term memory - Online whiteboard to share student working out so I can pinpoint mistakes and correct them - Separate Lessons for Year 12 and Year 13 (Year 13 - Saturday and Sunday - 8am to 9:30am) (Year 12 - Saturday and Sunday - 10am to 11:30am) No more than 4 students per lesson.
