Hello! I am a qualified fitness professional specialising in helping everyday individuals discover the joy of sustainable, pain-free movement. My passion lies in breaking down the barriers of traditional fitness. I don't believe in intimidating, one-size-fits-all workouts. Instead, I focus on creating a supportive, welcoming environment where you can build confidence in your body's capabilities.
My journey into fitness taught me that true health is about much more than just intense workouts. It is about how you carry yourself, how you recover, and how you feel in your day-to-day life. This realisation led me to integrate Pilates, strength training, and postural alignment into a unified approach. By looking at the whole picture, I help my clients transition away from nagging aches and desk-bound stiffness towards vibrant, functional energy.
