About Surin
Yoga has been my companion for over 15 years, and for the last 7 years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing this journey with others as a teacher. With a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and a Bachelor’s in Sports Science, I don't just see a yoga pose; I see the way your muscles and joints work together.
My background working as a Physiotherapy Assistant and a Clinical Exercise Trainer taught me something vital: every body has a story, and sometimes that story includes injuries or limitations. I’ve spent years in clinics helping people move without pain, and I bring that same care and safety to my Yoga classes.
Who do I work with?
I love the diversity of my students! I’ve coached professional athletes who want to use Yoga to gain a competitive edge and prevent injuries, as well as seniors who want to regain their mobility and feel young again. Whether you are looking for the challenge of Ashtanga Vinyasa or the healing touch of Corrective Yoga and Breathing techniques, I am here to support you.
For me, Yoga isn't only about being "flexible"—it’s about being functional, strong, and mindful. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where we can work together to reach your goals, whether we meet online or in person.

My teaching approach bridges the gap between ancient yoga traditions and modern biomechanical science. As a certified Kinesiologist and Yoga Alliance instructor, I focus on "Safe Progression." Whether we are practicing a dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa flow or working on Corrective Exercises for injury recovery, my priority is ensuring your alignment is perfect to prevent pain and build functional strength.
Unlike a standard fitness class, I provide a kinesiology-based perspective. I don't just show you "how" to do a pose; I explain "why" it works for your specific body type and how to modify it if you have past injuries.
My classes are designed for everyone—from athletes looking to increase power and flexibility to individuals recovering from injuries or seniors needing corrective movements. I offer both online and in-person sessions, customized for all levels from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners.
