About Elizabeth
As a retired national athlete (I rowed for Great Britain 1999-2006, I was national road cycling champion in Singapore 2016), I am experienced at marrying high performance (sport, Arts, medic aspirations...) with academic goals. This is equally applicable to those with as yet un-met educational needs. This means I am well versed in analysing students' needs and designing help to support them, utilizing provisions available at each school. Having been head of department in several schools, I've had to joy of designing and leading multiple clinics, workshops and tutorials. I know my students take learning habits from me back into other subjects, as well as greater understanding and confidence, and they flourish.
