About Chandrima

Welcome! I'm here to help you build confidence, master your subject, and achieve your goals with a clear, structured, and engaging approach to learning. Whether you're struggling with a concept or looking to refine your skills, I provide expert guidance tailored to your unique needs. Why Learn With Me? >Proven Expertise – With a strong background in Math (more than 10 yrs of experience), I break down complex topics into simple, understandable steps. >Personalized Learning – No one-size-fits-all approach—every lesson is customized to match your pace and learning style. >Results-Driven Approach – I focus on both understanding and application, ensuring you not only learn but also excel. >Supportive & Professional – My goal is to make you feel comfortable, motivated, and empowered in every session.

About the lesson

I focus on adaptive learning, it depends on each student’s needs, learning style, and pace. My methods include: >Concept-Based Learning – I emphasize understanding the "why" behind concepts rather than rote memorization. >Socratic Questioning – I ask thought-provoking questions to encourage critical thinking. >Interactive and Practical Applications – I incorporate real-world examples, case studies, and hands-on exercises. >Scaffolded Learning – I break complex topics into smaller, manageable steps. I also adjust my explanations based on whether a student is a beginner, intermediate, or advanced learner. Each lesson follows a structured yet flexible approach: Review & Recap (5 min) – Brief discussion of previous concepts to reinforce learning. Introduction of New Material (20-30 min) – I explain new topics using examples, visuals, and analogies. Guided Practice (20 min) – The student engages in exercises with my support. Independent practice (10-15 min) – The student solves problems or applies concepts independently. Closure (5 min) – Clarifying doubts, summarizing key takeaways, and assigning follow-up exercises. I adapt to different learning styles, I make learning enjoyable and build students' confidence, I provide clear, in-depth explanations and connect concepts across subjects. And I patiently explain and re-explain until the student can clear their doubts. I provide tutoring for Middle school and High school Math subjects, including but not limited to Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus, Statistics and Calculus. In addition to Chemistry and other physical sciences. I prepare students for SAT too.

Chandrima is a brilliant tutor. She had tutored my son from 8th-12th grade, from Geometry to AP Calculus. She is patient, compassionate, and professional. We were so lucky to have her tutoring my son. She worked so well with him, and math had become his favorite subject at the school. I would highly recommend Chandrima without hesitation.

My son always loved math, he was learning math from some other tutors before. Until , one Day we met Rima and that warmth we felt and once we got to know she tutors math, we asked her and My son chose her above the other institute.
