About Hasan
A confident and motivating tutor, studying medicine at the University of Leeds. Experienced in teaching GCSE sciences and A-Level biology and chemistry, as well as offer advice for any students interested in applying to study medicine. My academic record: 9A* at GCSE and 3A* at A-Level. As an experienced mentor and tutor, I teach through a combination of auditory and visual methods, with a strong emphasis on a logical step-by-step approach. Alongside engaging students with content personalised to their curriculum, I incorporate exam-style questions to consolidate their learning.

As an experienced mentor and tutor, I teach through a combination of auditory and visual methods, with a strong emphasis on a logical step-by-step approach. A common mistake students make is to learn 'content' and neglect questions, however, from experience I know that A-Level Chemistry and Biology require a lot of attention on past papers and exam style questions and I make sure to incorporate these into lessons.
