About Babar
I am a Bachelor of Science graduate in Mechanical Engineering with professional experience in Facilities Management, MEP Operations, HVAC systems, maintenance management and technical project coordination in the UAE.
I hold the PMP credential from PMI, am an affiliated member of the Society of Engineers – UAE, and hold the IOSH Managing Safely qualification. My professional background combines practical engineering knowledge with project management, safety, maintenance and facilities management principles.
Throughout my career, I have worked with real building systems including chillers, chilled water networks, pumps, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, electrical and fire & life safety systems, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
One of my strongest skills is explaining technical subjects in a simple and practical way. I enjoy helping students, fresh graduates, technicians and junior engineers understand not only how a system works, but also how engineers troubleshoot problems and make decisions in real facilities.
My aim is to bridge the gap between engineering theory and actual site experience, helping learners develop stronger technical understanding, practical confidence and professional problem-solving skills.

I teach HVAC, MEP and Facilities Management in a simple, practical and easy-to-understand way. My focus is not only on theory, but on how building systems actually work in real facilities and how engineers solve day-to-day technical problems.
Lessons can cover chilled water systems, FCU, AHU, FAHU, chillers, pumps, heat exchangers, BMS, electrical systems, PPM, troubleshooting, asset management, technical reporting and Facilities Management operations.
I use simple explanations, practical examples, diagrams and real engineering scenarios so you understand the concept rather than just memorizing it. A typical lesson can be 45–60 minutes and can be adjusted based on your level and requirements.
My lessons are suitable for engineering students, fresh graduates, technicians, junior engineers and professionals who want to strengthen their practical MEP and Facilities Management knowledge.
