About Braedan
Hi, I'm Braedan! I've trained with some of the best in NZ and in the world! In Thailand I was closely tutored by Berneung TopKing, an 8-time World Muay Thai Champion with a training style reminiscent of the infamous Trainer Gae, his close friend. In NZ, I actively train out of San Bu Kai, led by Sensei Terry Hill, a pioneer of Martial Arts in Aotearoa. Coming up with names like Lolo Heimuli and Wayne Vaenga, Terry has passed lifetimes of knowledge through many generations, including myself! If you've ever wanted to learn the art of Muay Thai, I'm here to help you do it with confidence! With a 13-fight record and 8 months of intensive training in Thailand, I have the deep, practical experience to guide you. But more importantly, I'm a patient and empathetic teacher that is keen to help you grow confidence and progress as a martial artist!

My coaching style is built on support, not intimidation. In my day job, I lead a team of up to 20, and my strength is building a strong, positive culture where everyone feels motivated. I bring that same energy to my coaching.
Who I teach:
Absolute beginners who are nervous about starting.
People who want to get in amazing shape and ditch the boring gym routine.
Anyone looking to build confidence, discipline, and a new skill.
Our lessons will be 100% focused on your goals, at your pace. We'll build a strong foundation in technique, work on fitness, and, most importantly, have a great time doing it.
