About Maude

Certified IB French teacher from Montreal with 15 years experience in IB international schools around the world (Venezuela, Russia, China, Morocco, Cambodia). I taught ab initio, language acquisition and language and literature. I have a Diploma in Education from McGill University in teaching French as a second language and a Master degree in French literature. My mother tongue is French, but I am also fluent in English and Spanish. I participated in several IB workshops and I am an IB examiner in French language and literature.

About the lesson

My teaching method is project based and tailored to the needs and interests of the students. I encourage students to be active learners, intellectually curious, engaged and risk takers. Also, I tried to be diverse with my strategies and activities to keep the interest of my students.
