My teaching approach:
* Concept-based learning with a strong focus on understanding rather than rote memorization.
* IB-inspired pedagogy that develops inquiry, critical thinking, research, and analytical skills, while being fully adaptable to CBSE and ICSE curricula.
* Use of case studies, maps, current affairs, data interpretation, and real-world examples to make Geography and Humanities engaging and relevant.
* Emphasis on exam skills, including structured responses, essay writing, source analysis, and effective answer presentation.
* Personalized lessons tailored to each student's learning pace, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Typical class structure:
* Quick review of previous concepts and learning objectives.
* Interactive teaching with discussions, visual resources, and application-based examples.
* Guided practice through exam-style questions and feedback.
* Summary of key takeaways with strategies for revision and independent learning.
