About Hakimi
Hello there my name is Kimi and I have been going to the gym for 7 years and learned many tips and proper techniques in the art of bodybuilding. Proper nutrition is also a main part of bodybuilding and I will provide with you some of the recipes that I personally used to achieve my daily fitness goals. I am a big fan of science based lifting and sometimes appreciate some old school bodybuilding techniques.
