About Lydia

I am a highly experienced food teacher, recipe writer and cooking skills coach. My business focuses on supporting people to make sustainable changes to their food habits to improve overall health. As a qualified teacher, I love working with clients to achieve goals in weight loss, managing Diabetes and managing dietary requirements such as Gluten Free, IBS, and general gut health.

About the lesson

My approach to coaching is to personalise each lesson for the particular client. I am easy going, like to keep things simple, straightforward and accessible. I expect that you will ask questions, be prepared to engage in relevant tasks, and not be afraid to ask me to repeat things, or explain it another way.
A lesson will focus on your specific needs, rather than be generalised, so that you will maximise the outcomes from your time with me.

Details

Cancellation/deferral by student:
- up to 2 days prior to allocated lesson time, student may defer to another time without penalty. Maximum number of deferrals is 2.
- less than 2 days prior to allocated lesson time, a deferral is not an option and the lesson will be cancelled and charged at the allocated rate, unless a deferral is negotiated and agreed with myself.
- Cancellation of a single lesson without consultation incurs a $30 fee.
- cancellation of a block of lessons without consultation incurs a $60 fee.

Cancellation/deferral by tutor
Cancellation/deferral without charge will be under the following circumstances: illness, internet unavailable
Cancellation for other reasons: lesson charges will apply
- student is unprepared/late for lessons
- student rude or disrespectful during lesson
- student not engaging in learning tasks
- student repeatedly deferring or cancelling lesson
