I am a personal trainer with 13 years of professional coaching experience since 2013. My background includes fitness training, aerobics, strength training, cardio and HIIT. I have also participated in official track and field competitions. I am passionate about helping people improve their fitness, build strength and feel more confident. I take a supportive and professional approach, adapting my training methods to each client's individual goals and fitness level.
