I love to get specific with these subjects! Let's explore a particular area of the medicine, and perhaps discuss how it relates to your own health & well-being. If you are a beginner, then we can use memory tools and goal setting to make it fun. For more advanced practitioners, or people with personal interests, we can research and delve deep into any subject. Light-hearted and relaxed by nature, I view teaching as a chance to connect and share this amazing medicine... and it shows!
