About Khushi
I’m a Finance postgraduate currently pursuing my Master of Applied Finance in Singapore, after completing a BBA in Finance with consistently strong results in quantitative subjects. Mathematics and numbers have always been a strong area for me, with a GRE Quant score of 167/170 (top percentile).
I teach because I genuinely enjoy helping students understand concepts that initially seem difficult. Through two volunteer teaching cycles, I’ve worked hands-on with more than 50 students and developed a patient, structured and encouraging teaching style. I focus on making students understand the “why” behind a method rather than simply memorizing formulas.

My lessons are structured and step-by-step, with concepts broken down into simple explanations before moving to practice and more challenging questions. I use examples, interactive activities, targeted exercises and past-year papers to help students strengthen both their understanding and exam technique.
I teach Primary school Mathematics, adapting each lesson to the student’s level, school syllabus and areas of difficulty. My goal is to make Math feel less intimidating, build confidence with every topic, and help students become comfortable solving problems independently.

Khushi volunteered with us across two teaching cycles, taking Math, Science, Social Science, Hindi, and English classes for our pre-primary and primary students. She was patient, well-prepared, and built a genuine connection with the children. We'd happily welcome her back.
