About Eliza
Hi, I’m Eliza, an experienced Pilates and Barre instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience in London.
I currently teach at leading London health clubs, including Virgin Active and David Lloyd, and I offer private 1-to-1 Mat Pilates sessions in the comfort of your own home.
My sessions are personalised to your individual level and goals, with a focus on:
• Core strength and stability
• Posture and alignment
• Toning and strengthening
• Flexibility and mobility
• Balance and body awareness
• Feeling stronger and more confident in your body
I work with beginners as well as experienced clients, creating friendly, effective and enjoyable sessions tailored to each person.
Areas covered: South Kensington, Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge and nearby areas.
60-minute private session: £75
Small equipment such as resistance bands, Pilates ball and Pilates ring can be incorporated into sessions.
