My coaching approach is practical, supportive, and goal-focused. I tailor each session to the individual, recognizing that everyone learns differently and comes with unique strengths, challenges, and ambitions.
I combine:
Structured guidance (clear plans, frameworks, and milestones)
Real-world examples to make learning relevant and engaging
Active participation, encouraging reflection, discussion, and problem-solving
Confidence-building techniques to help clients communicate clearly and back themselves
Sessions typically run for 45–60 minutes, which allows enough time to:
Review progress or challenges
Work through specific goals or tasks
Practice skills and receive feedback
Longer or shorter sessions can be arranged depending on the learner’s needs and attention span.
I bring extensive real-world experience across recruitment, job coaching, mentoring, and support. I have worked with individuals at different stages of their learning and career journeys, helping them:
Build confidence and communication skills
Prepare for work, study, or career transitions
Develop practical, job-ready skills
My background combines hands-on industry experience with a strong understanding of how to explain complex ideas in a clear, approachable way.
My lessons are suitable for:
Graduating Students
Entry-level job seekers or those preparing for interviews
Career changers looking for guidance and direction
Adults wanting to upskill, gain confidence, or receive structured support
Sessions are adapted to suit different learning levels, from beginners needing step-by-step guidance to more advanced learners seeking refinement and feedback.
