About Sapna
Sapna is a RYT 500 certified Yoga trainer (500 hours program over 2 years) in T Krishnamacharya's tradition of Viniyoga. She teaches various forms of Viniyoga including Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Raja Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Prenatal and Post Natal yoga, Yoga for Back pain and other Spine problems.

Each Yoga Class usually starts with centering of body and breath with Pranyama followed by an Asana routine and end with another Pranayama routine. Pranayama and Asana routines are always customised as suited for the student. Personalised course plan is always shared with the student. A weekly/fortnightly feeback based continuous revision of the course plan is shared with student on a regular basis.
