About Uma
Namaste! I’m Uma Savitri, a certified and experienced Yoga Teacher and Yoga & Fitness Trainer with several years of teaching experience. I specialize in personalized online yoga sessions designed around each student’s goals, fitness level, lifestyle, and individual needs.
My teaching approach combines traditional yoga practices with practical, easy-to-follow guidance, helping students build strength, flexibility, balance, relaxation, and a consistent yoga routine. I believe yoga should be safe, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone.
I have experience teaching students internationally through one-to-one online sessions and have guided students with goals such as weight management, flexibility, back care, stress management, women’s wellness, and prenatal yoga.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I will support you with patience, personal attention, and a structured approach to help you progress confidently.

My classes are personalised and designed according to each student's age, fitness level, goals, and individual needs. I use a combination of traditional yoga postures(asanas), breathing practices, pranayama, relaxation and mindfulness techniques. A typical class includes a gentle warm-up, asanas, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation.I focus on safe-alignment, proper breathing, gradual progress and individual attention. My classes are suitable for adults, beginners, working professionals, seniors, and students seeking support for fitness, flexibility, stress management, weight management, and overall well being.
