About Kate
I have had a passion for performing arts from a young age and have extensive experience in singing, acting and musical theatre. I hold LAMDA qualifications, an NPA in Musical Theatre and LCME Grade 5, alongside Grade 5 Piano and Guitar. I also have previous experience working as a singing teacher at G12 Performing Arts School.
Performing has played a huge part in building my own confidence, which is something I want to pass on to my students. I love helping people become more confident in their voice and performance abilities while encouraging them to develop their own individual style.
My aim is to create a positive, relaxed and supportive environment where students feel comfortable trying new things, making mistakes and developing their skills at their own pace. Whether someone wants to improve their singing, prepare for a performance or audition, develop their acting skills, or simply gain confidence, I tailor my teaching to their individual goals.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual ability, goals and confidence. I teach both singing and acting, with singing lessons including vocal technique, breathing, warm-ups, performance skills and an understanding of the anatomy of the voice and how it works. Acting lessons can focus on characterisation, confidence, monologues, script work and performance technique.
Lessons can range from 30 minutes to one hour depending on the student’s needs and are suitable for all ages and abilities. I aim to create a relaxed, encouraging environment where students can build confidence, develop their technique and enjoy performing.
I have previous experience teaching singing at G12 Performing Arts School and have qualifications in LAMDA, Musical Theatre and music, alongside extensive performance experience. With being in an upcoming film and alongside that modelling work and being on the BBC in my youth.
