About Marwan

As the Head of Training and Development at Pyramakerz Technologies, I bring a wealth of experience in building and managing high-performing teams, developing comprehensive STEM curricula, and implementing innovative training methods. My journey at Pyramakerz began with the establishment of a B2C Unit, where I led a talented group of instructors, supervisors, graphic designers, and operations personnel to deliver top-notch educational experiences.

My passion lies in creating engaging and effective learning programs that span various STEM disciplines, including robotics, coding, AI, and more. By leveraging platforms like Roblox, Scratch, Pictoblox, Python, and Flutter, I have successfully designed curricula that cater to diverse learning needs and preferences.

A key aspect of my role involves enhancing instructional development to ensure our students receive the highest quality education. My strategic approach to curriculum development and my ability to implement blended learning models—combining online platforms with in-person workshops—have significantly increased student enrollment and improved learning outcomes.

In addition to my curriculum and instructional development expertise, I excel in project management, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time and within budget. My leadership extends to overseeing three critical units: Learning and Development, Sales, and Research and Development, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across the organization.

I am dedicated to fostering a positive and impactful learning environment, and I take pride in the results and achievements we have garnered through our innovative strategies and methods. If you're looking for someone who is passionate about education, driven by results, and committed to excellence, let's connect!

As a tutor, my approach is centered on engagement, clarity, and practical application. I believe in making learning fun and interactive, ensuring that students not only grasp the concepts but also enjoy the process. My goal is to foster curiosity and encourage critical thinking while helping students build confidence in their abilities.

Teaching Method and Techniques:
Hands-On Learning: I use a project-based approach to ensure students apply what they learn in real-world scenarios. For example, in coding, students may create their own games or apps as part of the learning process.
Interactive Tools: I incorporate engaging platforms like Scratch, Roblox Studio, Python, and Pictoblox, allowing students to experiment with coding, chess strategies, and mental math in an interactive way.
Step-by-Step Guidance: I break down complex concepts into smaller, manageable parts and provide clear instructions, ensuring that students understand each step before moving on.
Active Learning: I encourage students to ask questions, explore creative solutions, and try out their own ideas during lessons.
Typical Lesson Plan:
Warm-Up: A quick review of previous material to refresh knowledge and ensure retention.
New Concept Introduction: Explanation of the day's lesson with examples and interactive activities.
Guided Practice: Students work through exercises or coding challenges, with me providing support and feedback.
Independent Practice: I encourage students to try out the concepts on their own, solving problems or creating projects.
Q&A and Recap: We finish with a Q&A session to address any uncertainties, followed by a recap to reinforce learning.
What Sets Me Apart:
I personalize every lesson to match the student's learning style and pace.
I have experience teaching a range of STEM subjects like coding, chess, and mental math, ensuring comprehensive understanding and skill development.
I aim to make learning fun and rewarding, not just academic. By connecting lessons to real-world applications, I keep students motivated and excited about learning.
