About Kyle
To note I have a few years experience in all of the above and have lodged over 700 residential EPCs and carried out 100s of SAPs/Energy Statements. I have noticed there isn't much online showing people how to do the above hence I thought it would be good to do some lessons as I use to a little bit of teaching myself following my masters degree in Physics.

The lessons will include:
- Understanding construction drawings such as floor plans, elevations, sections etc
- How to do take-off measurements on various construction drawings.
- U-value calculations of various external elements.
- Tutorials on use of Elmhurst's SAP10 software
- Production of SAP Reports
- How EPCs are carried out
- Overview of Part L (Old and new regulations)
- How to carry out Part G Water Efficiency Calculations
- Energy Statements for different councils such as London Plan, Bristol Council, BANES, Cornwall, South Glouctershire, South Oxfordshire (Includes looking at the Summary Tool for compliance)
**All the above will allow you to be a fully competent SAP assessor and do the OCDEA course, will also enhance your skills should you wish to go on to do modelling via IES for NDEA work.**
**Important to note that primary the lessons will take place on weekends (Sat/Sun) &/or evenings (after 6:30pm) on the weekdays due to my work.**
