About Laura
I am a teacher first, rather than a teacher of a subject. While I teach science and biology, my main aim is to have students feel success across all their schooling, so I look for ways to connect subject matter and skills across subjects and interests.

As an experienced educator who has taught in schools across Australia, Asia and Europe, I bring a student-centered approach to learning. I love using analogies, telling stories to explain phenomena and encourage all students to feel successful! Working through practice questions and helping students see how to tackle them ensures students can demonstrate their knowledge and understanding.
