Baird is an excellent tutor with a real talent for making complex ideas feel clear and intuitive. He helps you actually understand why something works instead of just memorizing how to do it, and he uses examples that make difficult concepts much easier to grasp. He is also warm, patient, and very supportive -- it never feels intimidating to ask questions or say that something still doesn’t make sense. He makes the sessions engaging and interesting and gives me as much practice with the material as I need. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an academic tutor.
