I do a lot of research on the topic which is to be taught in the classroom next. I also ask the kids to do research of their own and prepare for the topic I will be teaching in the next class. I don't believe in being strict and prefer having a relaxed environment in the classroom. During the lecture I make it a point to keep things as interactive as possible by involving the studens in the discussion as well. I also stress on making them write in every lecture by giving them a small test towards the end of the class.
