About Camila

My name is Camila, and I am a trilingual tutor with a strong academic foundation, having grown up in a family of educators and spent two years studying in college in Paris. Education has always been a central part of my life—my grandmother even founded a school, inspired by the Montessori style education—so I bring an understanding of structured, effective learning. My approach combines conversation, cultural exploration, listening, reading, and practical exercises, making sure you develop confidence and fluency.

About the lesson

I like to create lessons that are personal and interactive. We learn through conversation about your culture, your interests and your daily life, while also sharing a bit about each other. I incorporate music, videos, and books so language learning can feel easy and enjoyable!

My lessons will focus on speaking, listening, reading and understanding, rather than memorizing. I work with children, teens and adults at beginner and intermediate level.

Mom and tutor, I love to bring creativity in teaching, and have a genuine passion for helping students connect with languages in real life.

Let’s have a conversation, around a good Latin American cup of coffee!

Abraham

Camila is an exceptional instructor—highly intelligent, deeply thoughtful, and unwaveringly focused on meaningful results. What truly sets her apart is the rare balance she brings to her teaching: her precision and commitment to academic growth are beautifully tempered by a warm, caring, and genuinely personal approach. She holds her students to a high standard, yet does so with such gentleness and encouragement that they find themselves not only meeting but exceeding their own expectations. Camila combines excellence with empathy in a way that inspires confidence, growth, and a true love of learning.
I highly recommend her without reservation! You will not be disappointed!
