The most important aspect of the process for working with a new accounting or business student is establishing credibility and rapport with that student and help them to gain the confidence to tackle any accounting or business problems. Second, I would try to get an understanding of the level of knowledge of the topic and their learning style. From there, I will streamline my teaching approach to help that individual understand business or accounting concept.
I have worked with mostly college students enrolled in graduate and undergraduate degrees in accounting and business courses
