About Alena

Here you can learn performance arts such as:acting, dance (ballet, contemporary dance and hip hop). Acting in TV and Film. Yoga practices.

I really value expressing oneself through the arts and find that dance, acting, and yoga allow oneself to do this.

I wanted to share the power of the arts with others and help bring a sense of joy and fulfillment to other people's lives.

Graduate from Whittier Collge, receiving my Bachelor's in Theatre and Communications, and a Biology minor.

About the lesson

I will ask them what they would like to learn and what they want to do as a career or hobby and go from there.

Ballet

I would say that one must feel comfortable around the person and connected to them.

I am fond of the air we breathe each day and the trees we see.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
One should ask questions they have and think it through with the teacher, so they both can see and analyze the scope of the inquisition.
