About Alejandra
I have ample training in different acting styles, a Theatre Arts degree from Brown University, and just finished leading a film opposite two Oscar winners.
I've been teaching since I was a kid myself. At age 13, I tutored middle schoolers in English, Math, and Spanish. When I started acting professionally, I became a source for many of my actor friends, so I expanded into that field of teaching. And I haven't stopped since.
B.A. Theatre Arts & Performance Studies from Brown University
Various workshops at Actors Connection, One on One, Dance with Me SoHo, etc.

I ask about their backgroud and their goals and have them work on one scene with me to gather their level of comfort before structuring lessons. Once I garner what they need as well as their learning style, I adjust accordingly.
I've worked with all ages—from 4-year-olds to people in their 50s.
I'd recommend knowing what you're looking for and finding someone who's resumé and approach aligns with your personality, learning style, and goals.
Watching a student break through a mental block on the stage. Nothing like it.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What do I want to achieve?
What are the things I need to work on?
Why am I doing this?
There are no right nor wrong answers to these questions. It is simply a matter of finding the right fit in a mentor.
