About Lily
Want help nailing a monologue? Need to improve your comedic timing?
I am trained in and experienced with comedy, drama, Shakespeare, physical theater, clowning, improv, on camera, and puppetry and love coaching in any of these types of acting.
My goal is to create a safe and fun environment for you to explore and grow. Each session is catered to your goals, personality, and type of acting you're working on.
For me, this work is entirely collaborative, so I love going on the journey with you, watching you discover the character and your acting technique.
I got started teaching by working with young professional actors ages 12-20. I've coached for theater and on-camera.

It's important for me to understand the actor's goals and then find the tools/exercises that are going to be most helpful for them to work on.
Actors looking to strengthen their comedic timing, young actors, theater actors, musical theater actors.
One recent session that was rewarding to work on helping a young girl craft an audition for a big sketch comedy tv show. Together we created a piece that suited her best and showcased her strengths.

Lily has a great sense of humor, but is also very professional. I had a great experience working with her. She helped me to get rid of old habits and tackle my work in a new way.
Lily is empathetic, nice, always constructive with feedback, a positive person. Very professional and smart. Knows about a lot of different forms of acting: on camera, theater, Shakespeare, commercials, and more. Highly recommend working with her!
She's really kind and created a safe space so I felt free to experiment and try new things.
Lily coached the actors in my cast. I hire her repeatedly because she is not only a joy to be around, but very professional, kind, and smart. An actor herself, she is knowledgeable about craft and is especially gifted in coaching actors with comedy.
Lily is wonderful to work with! She helped me craft a great audition piece and helped me feel confident in myself and my work.
