About Bobby
I train and guide those who are looking for representation by local agents in the state of Texas and assist with agent findings in NYC (where I’ve spent half of my career) and the LA area. My training method is very cut and dry, and to the point. Most companies and workshops will teach a bunch of unnecessary exercises, but I get right down to the tools you will need to land an agent or manager and how to conduct yourself at an audition, and hopefully land the job.
The joy I get is when my clients come back and tell me that their success was due to my training, that is a VERY rewarding feeling. I have been in this business for over 20yrs doing commercials, films, television, from soaps to sitcoms, and commercial and editorial print.
I have been active in this business for over 20yrs I got my start on a MTV sitcom and also ABC’s All My Children.

I make sure when a student meets with me (especially when it’s kids) that it’s the child wanting to do this and not the parent trying to live through their kid. MOST IMPORTANT!
I give them a cold reading with a bit of instructions, and from this process I can see if or what needs to be assessed.
Kids as you g as 4yrs old but I put the kids through an interview process before working with them (which is 100% free) I don’t want to waste anyone’s time or money if I can’t help. But preferred age is 6yrs old, also teach teens (majority of my business) and adults.
Do NOT get into this business because you want to be famous, do it because you LOVE it! And DO NOT invest your money in those rip off scam schools that make faulse problems. If they promise you something and tell you to pay first, do NOT fall for it. One thing to remember if it sounds too good to be true it probably is, ACTUALLY it is!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Cold reading! At the end of the day that is where the money is, an instructor should always ALWAYS informé cold reading! WHY? Because that’s what lands you the job at the end of the day.
