2. Create lesson plan. You state specific goals you wish to meet. I estimate my costs based on time and travel. We come to an agreement and set a schedule.

1. What are you trying to accomplish with this new skill? Is it a passion, necessity, curiosity? Your teacher will be looking for someone who will not give up mid way.
2. What measurements will you use to determine success? For example, training in Archery you could measure target hits and work on reducing misses or You could measure poins scored and improve that.
