About Anastasia
Caketastic specializes in custom weddings cakes, all occasions both Caribbean & American cakes and pastries.
Learn Cake Artistry and baking from the professional instructor over 20 years of experience, taught over 300 students of all ages group and individual instructions.
The enjoyable part of my work is the teaching aspect allowing students to create and recreate their capabilities of the art of producing different pastries, cakes and different dishes and seeing the end product.
Got started with teaching for the government where i was born, teaching students the art to gain employment and to be self empolyment.
I have been baking and teaching the art for 35 years, my experiences is more than hands on training. I am able to enhance their creativity.

Awesome classes!!!
Very enjoyable ! There are unique and creative techniques used in teaching. Lots of opportunities to practice and learn to perfect the art of cake making and decorating. Instructor was very attentive and tailored instruction to individual needs. I highly recommend Caketastic LLC.

Details
All the Saturday classes:
Baking cakes, Baking bread, Pastry classes, Cooking classes
Each class is $100.00 everything included. Every product the student produce goes home with them.
The cake artistry classes are 8 weeks 2 days a week 3 1/2 hours each day $585.00, guarantee to complete a 2 or 3 tier wedding cakes at the end of the 8 weeks course.
