About Jessica
Jess Spinner is a professional ballet dancer turned Health Coach and founder of The Whole Dancer. She provides health and lifestyle coaching to high level dancers to help them achieve their personal best body and peak performance.
As a teacher, she also works with dancers to refine technique and cultivate unshakeable confidence so they can nail their next audition.
Jess is a Health Coach trained through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition
Jess trained in Dance and Arts Administration at Butler University and danced professionally with the Louisville Ballet
She is certified in Progressing Ballet Technique

I have always had a passion for ballet and the importance of nutrition became self - evident. My health coaching for dancers was created because I see such a void there.
I started training dancers in the studio because I think there should be greater focus on working properly, finding control and maximizing your gifts. Dancers need focus on building confidence in their dancing.
