About Brian
I am a people person. i have the ability to bring out the best in a player and find out what drives them. I am a motivator!
I enjoy the relationships I build with players and parents. I enjoy traveling around watching my kids be successful. I like knowing I have helped young people find themselves and what drives them.
I new coming out of college that teaching and coaching was what I dreamed about doing for a living.
I played football and baseball at Glenville State and have spent almost 30 years coaching at the High School level (Head Football & Baseball coach 10 years) and 15 years coaching select baseball and Softball. Specialty is catchers & speed, agility and strength. But work with all skills and training.

The first thing I like to do is evaluate them as a player. Once we establish where they are I set a plan for them moving forward.
All ages and just about any sport. Ive been a head coach in Baseball, Football, 7 on 7, Basketball, Softball and ran speed, strength and agility camps for 10 years.
Make sure there is a connection with your coach. Make sure you are able to talk with them and build trust in what they are teaching you.
My 16U texas Elite softball team won the Dog Days of Summer Tournament.
