About Jeremy
100% money back guarantee! Jeremy Magers has over 30 years of baseball experience as a player in little league, American Legion, Clark Griffin, College, AAABA and Blue Ridge Mountain League. As a player, Jeremy has been awarded all IAC, All County, All Potomac, All Rockville, College MVD player of the year for ACC, Division 1 College World Series starting catcher, and the Frederick Keys pitching staff's catcher for winter work out sessions. Jeremy was placed in the MLB draft in 2007 by the Texas Rangers.
Jeremy has worked as a professional baseball coach for J.R. Purdue's (White Sox Pitching Coach) pitching camps, Leo Mazzoni (Atlanta Braves pitching coach) pitching camps, Catholic University Baseball camps, Maryland Professional Baseball, and The Bullis School Baseball Camps. Jeremy had the opportunity to sign with the Texas Rangers in 1997 and attend summer and fall workouts and attend spring training in Florida with the Rangers.
Jeremy played catcher for 21 years and has worked with some of the top catchers in baseball. Jeremy now shares his baseball knowledge through In The Dirt Baseball.
I enjoy passing on the knowledge, skills and abilities that were taught to me by some of baseball's greatest. To watch a player transform into a fundamental team player is second to none!
I played baseball from 4 years old to 25 years which lead me to play little league, high school, American Legion, College World Series, Clark Griffith, AAABA, and the Indistrial Leage for the Orioles. I was entered into the draft by the Rangers and did not feel the offer was beneficial at the time.
I have been giving lessons since I was 16 years old as an assistant and I have been the head instructor now for over 15 years.

I appreciated the one on one and personalized time to work with my son on skills in a variety of positions.
Enjoyed working with Jeremy. Very friendly, positive, my daughter enjoyed working with him. Only negative, was when our son helped the baseball team, that coach was not as positive and invited him to play, but gave him no playing time the entire tournament. While I understand he was not going to be a starter, it was little rough being at the tournament, watching 5 games with no playing time. Also didn't appreciate driving an hour, wasting our entire weekend to watch our son sit on bench.
The knowledge passed down and the workouts were second to none.
