About Dee
I use a lot of drills and knowledge that I've received from being around the pro game for over 20 plus years.
I enjoy molding young men more so than helping them with their hitting. Baseball like life is about handling adversity. My baseball sessions are more like life sessions.

I break down hitters from the ground up.
I ask hitters to swing off the tee for about 10 reps while taking mental notes and recording them.
I then start with a series of drills that works with balance then legs and hands.
I then structure my future lessons around the weakest parts of a kid's swing that need immediate attention.
I ask that kids bring notebooks and they willl have homework after each lesson.
