I’m also the austin of Leadership Training for Baseball and Leadership Training for Softball. Get more info at (concealed information)
I enjoy getting to know budding adults. If they're willing to work, I'm excited to help guide them. I especially love the fast progress many of my students have made after an "a-ha" moment.
M. Ed. From UVa. 12 years as a college baseball coach and 1 in college softball. 13 years as a mental skills coach. Certified trainer for Positive Coaching Alliance. Speaker at NFCA and ABCA national coaching conventions.

Coaching is an art. Every situation is different, so my goal is to get to know the student-athlete. I'm a coach, but my goal is to make myself obsolete. My primary goal is to teach you to coach yourself.
I also have something I call "Questions to Assess Your Beliefs and Mental Skills" that I sometimes use.

Coach Traub helped my daughter gain confidence at the plate. She is a totally new batter now thanks to Coach Traub. We wish he was still here!
