Dedicated to developing the mechanics and proper program for the athlete to improve their performance.
I recovered from Tommy John, during my time rehabbing I learned pitching to the deepest concepts that I never scratched the surface of before the surgery. I was able to reestablish and build a different perspective of my mechanics, philosophy, routine, and program, through professionals.
I am excited and willing to pass this knowledge onto young athletes willing to learn the game!
