About Joseph
Myservice stands out by focusing my attention on details. I serve to help students reach realistic goals which create realistic outcomes and great habits. I am honest with my students and I let them know up front that working with me requires them to work outside of our training sessions. Each student is given workouts to do when we are not training together to help reach their goals.
I enjoy watching my students accomplish goals that they once thought they could not accomplish. Through dedication, consistency, and mind strengthen allows my students to reach their fullest potential.
I started coaching basketball at age 16. I use to work with underprivileged youth and from there I continued to develop as a coach.
-I have coached at Mountain View College (2013), El Centro College (2014-2016), Roosevelt High School (2017-2018), and currently I manage a traveling basketball team (2009-present)
-I have been officiating Basketball Games (2010-present)
-Currently working on my M.A. in Coaching & Athletic Administration (2019)

First, I identify the skill level of the student. Then, I accommodate the workout based on student skill set and what they want to accomplish in the training session(s). Then we proceed.
I have work with k-12 student, collegiate students and have trained professional athletes as well.
I would tell them to find someone that will adjust their training to reach where their current skill level is to develop their talent.
The event(s) I am most fun of are my events. Every year I have several basketball tournaments that run during the spring and summer time.
