I believe in all young athletes, and have proven with proper training and attitude, that young athletes will accomplish their goals, and dream, and there is no reason you can't have fun doing it.

Certified Sports Performance Coach NFHS Level 2
I believed there was a need for athletic development after retiring from football. If only I had someone showing me how to train and development when I was young, it would have been very helpful early in my career. I studied and took courses to be a better athlete and trainer, and to share this knowledge with young athletes.
I am NFHS Certified Level 2 High School Coach.

I charge $25 dollars for 30 minutes of training. I recommend 2 to 3 days a week for most athletes. I understand if some athletes only want 1 day a week and that is still perfectly ok.
