once scheduled I put my clients through quick drills that lets me see your strength and weakness and from there we evaluate what to work on but if you come to me and u already have something in mind we can focus on that goal first and the evaluated part of your game second.

I had Rick train me for basketball and weight lifting and I can honestly say that he is very knowledgeable and easy to work with I recommend 100% of the time

RPFundamental has honestly been one of if not the best trainer I have ever had. Not only did he push me to new limits that I did not know I can reach but he taught me how to take care of my mind and body on and off the basketball court. When I started with RPF I was a 5’6 high-school junior with no vertical who barely made the schools Jv team. After a consistent 6months of hard work I grew to 5’9 and came back senior year Smarter and more athletic dunking every chance I got, all thanks to RPF. RPFundamental is patient and very considerate of his client’s and I can ensure you that he will not disappoint. Once you choose RPFundamental you will see results, REAL RESULTS so I recommend you sign up and begin your sessions. Also once I started with him I was 194lbs and now I am a jaw dropping 175 all muscle, like I said REAL Results with RPFundamentals.
RPFundamentals will turn your game into an elite level!
Generic training program for a particular sport or well being. This further specialty programs been very helpful with all around lifting. Especially in teams sports where members have specific roles and certain advantageous physical attributes apply. Like in basketball, Im well prepared and running up and down with no problems. Combination with different move and skill I learn RPFundamental trainer; also with muscles I added. It’s easier to score. Improve my shooting by 15% from the 3 point line so far this season and last season I was 22% from the three. He will push past your limit with expectation. I highly recommend.
The fundamental teachings. And great footwork training and conditioning
His professionalism. When it’s time to work that’s all that’s on his mind. He’s tough but in a good way that pushes you and makes become better than before physically and mentally.
Trainer was serious about gettin me proper technique and really showing me what a real effective workout is.
