About Mark
Our program will focus on the needs of each athlete and design a workout to improve their skill set.
The areas of emphasis will include proper shooting form, game intensity shooting, basic fundamentals, ball handling, developing a go to move and counter move, position play, and offensive and defensive concepts.
Beginner to advanced athletes are welcome to enroll in our training program. We offer group and individual training sessions. Athletes from 9-18 years old are welcome.
I started training athletes by designing player development training program for players in our team. From that point, I was referred clients through word of mouth.

I have a consultation and evaluation. Then I design a training program according to the clients needs.
I have worked with athletes from beginners to professional athletes.
I advised students to do their research on hiring a teacher/trainer to make sure they have the credentials and proven ability to improve your skills.
