About Angel
I focus more on form and proper body mechanics. It's not about flashiness but substance. I can make almost anyone look like a pro, without ever stepping into the ring, if they are willing to work at it and listen. I'm firm but fair. My philosophy in fitness is "the better you move, the better the results."
I enjoy seeing the growth in my members'/students' abilities. There's nothing like it when someone "gets it." It's very satisfying to witness. I also enjoy sharing the knowledge I've experienced.
Trained in Martial arts for over 30years. Competed in tournaments. Trained in boxing as well. Sparred but never competed. I have a love for the combat sports.

In boxing/kickboxing, I go through the basic movements. I try not to overwhelm clients with information right away but express it's a skill worth learning while getting in shape is a bonus.
I'm willing to work with anyone willing to learn, appreciate what they are learning and grow (physically/mentally) after each session.

Great energy, motivation and overall knowledge!
Absolutely awesome! Angel is a great instructor, my mind and body will thank him forever. He introduced me to boxing, and now I'm addicted to it! I see the changes in my body, I'm stronger, my muscles are more defined and I let all the stress out with the punches so at the end I feel like a rockstar. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He always correct your posture and I never had an injury while training with him. He changes up the work out you you'll never get bored. Get ready to sweat and enjoy!
His attentiveness to correct form and technique; my weaknesses and strength; and my mind and body working as one. His attitude and personality was always confident and positive. He pushed me and brought me to accomplish beyond my physical capabilities through every workout. His humor and smile was also an added benefit.
